It was deemed to happen sooner or later. Santa's beloved reindeers Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donner, and Blitzen finally retired this year. They are looking forward to getting some R&R in a place with better weather than that of the North Pole. They've been feeling the onset of rheumatism and lately, their vision has shown signs of deterioration. We are really happy for them! They provided the world with almost two hundred years of happy Christmases as they pulled Santa's sleigh year after year. Now is their time to enjoy life and bask under the sun on an undisclosed Caribbean island.
The question in everyone's mind is, how is Santa going to visit all those children around the world on December 25 with no Reindeers?
Don't you worry! Santa's beloved reindeers have been training a new set of Reindeers for a few years now and this year they are making their first solo run! What we've heard is that this new team of reindeers is an upgrade to the previous team. It's not that they are better, it's just that they are having more fun than the retiring team of reindeers. What we heard from our sources within Santa's organization is that these Reindeers not just fly while carrying Santa's sleigh, they dance as well!
Our source has provided us with the names of the new team of eight reindeers, they are Salsa, Hip-Hop, Tango, Ranchera, Cumbia, Merengue, Soul, and Wayno. You will see them dancing through the skies as they take Santa around the world. If you are able to catch a glimpse of these young reindeers, dance to whatever music you enjoy the most. This will tell these new Reindeers that you are happy to see them and that you have as much fun during Christmas as they do.
When we asked our sources who taught these Reindeers how to dance, their answer was "no comment" however we learned from other sources that Saint Nick is a very accomplished dancer. Could he be the trainer? The world will never know!
Have a happy and healthy Christmas and a wonderful 2022!
